Casey Reimer successfully defends dissertation on April 3, 2019.

Congratulations to Casey Reimer, who successfully defended her dissertation on April 3rd, 2019, for a Ph.D. in Speech and Hearing Sciences. The title of her thesis is, “The Effect of Retrieval Practice on Vocabulary Learning for Children who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing.”  Members of her dissertation committee include: William W. Clark (Chair of the Committee and Director of PACS), Andy Butler (Chair, Education Department), Heather Grantham, (Director of Deaf Education Studies in PACS), Mark McDaniel (Professor of Psychological & Brain Sciences), Amanda Ortmann (Interim Dir. of Audiology Studies in PACS), and Mitch Sommers (Professor of Psychological & Brain Sciences).
